Safety Policies and Procedures
The health and safety of our clients and staff is of the utmost importance to us. Therefore, in light of the COVID-19 pandemic we are introducing the following policies and procedures. This is an evolving list that will be updated accordingly based on recommendations by the World Health Organization, provincial and federal governments, and other health resources.
Physical Distancing
Based on recommendations from the World Health Organization, we encourage 6’ distances in all of our common-use spaces. Distancing inforced at reception, common and visitor areas. We have also re-arranged furniture with the safety of everyone in mind.
Workstations And Boardrooms
We have been reconfigured Workstations and Boardrooms to lower capacity to allow for social distancing. We are also offering complimentary upgrades to the Mcdonald (large) Meeting Room, when you book any meeting room space with Agile*. All meeting rooms disinfected before and after every meeting.
Hand Sanitizing
Hand Sanitizing stations have been placed at entrance and reception. Please apply hand sanitizer when entering and exiting.
Walking Directives
We have marked our space with directional arrows indicating flow of foot traffic to avoid the potential of close contact with others.
Abolishment Of Signing In Policy
Understandably, our clients may be uncomfortable with using a common pen to sign in for their meeting room bookings. Therefore, we have abolished the signing in policy and clients with meeting room bookings are no longer required to sign into the logbook.
Thermal Monitoring
We have placed an infrared thermometer at the reception for clients and guests to test for possible fever.
Zero Tolerance On Symptoms
If you exhibit any flu- or cold-like symptoms, it is required that you do not enter our workspace.
Face Coverings
When not in a private office, everyone is required to wear a face covering. While we recommend bringing your own, complementary masks will be available at the front desk*
Dedicated Cleaning Porter
Dedicated Cleaning Porter along with our regular evening cleaning, we will have a Dedicated Cleaning Porter at our space throughout the day to address high touchpoint areas and kitchens. There will also be disinfectant wipes available for everyone’s use.
Hand Washing
Hand soap is available in washrooms and at kitchen sinks. It has been proven that hand washing is one of the simplest and most effective ways to avoid infection.
Elevators
Clients and visitors are required to wear masks and to limit the number of people entering an elevator to no more than four (4) at a time. Signage posted emphasizing hygiene and physical distancing measures have been added, along with floor markings in elevators to help guide where to stand. Touchpoints (e.g. buttons, handrails) are disinfected approximately every hour, or as required, based on usage.
Washroom
High touch point surfaces are being disinfected and sanitized frequently throughout the day and hand washing signage has been installed.
